I welcome you to my blog! If you have been here for a while, you have come to know that I post about healing, self-growth, health struggles I’ve faced and positive thoughts. I write to inspire and show others what is possible.
I will admit I have found it hard to write these posts, which is why they are not as frequent as I wish they were. I always have excuses – “no time” is the major one. Don’t we all have things we wish we did more often and simply cannot find the time to do? The key is that we have to MAKE the time. I have to MAKE the time to post more often for you all, as I have so many things to share with you. I hope you will continue to follow me on this journey so we can all grow and heal together. It’s my greatest wish. 🙂 My next block is that some topics are sometimes hard to dive into. You see, this blog is like a journal to me and some things I write about are deep inside my soul, and it takes a moment to channel it to come out into words, as I have deep set anxieties and fears that I’m working on overcoming now!
My commitment to you? More frequent posts.
I will now be doing weekly posts. Once a week, I will post about a topic that has been top of mind and that I want to share with you! Sometimes it might be a personal story, sometimes it might be advice or knowledge I’d like to share. Posting day will be Tuesdays – let’s call it Happy Thought Tuesdays!
Each week, I will make a post and share the link on my Facebook and Instagram for you to come and visit! (I will soon have a mailing list set up for notifications too! Stay tuned… ) All I ask of you is that if you enjoyed the post, please comment or like my Social Media post, or share it with a friend who might enjoy it too.
